eating disorders and adolescent mental health
Specialist support for adolescents, families and couples.
Eating disorders and adolescence have been my specialist focus since the very beginning of my career, with training and experience in some of the UK’s leading services. Alongside this, I support parents, offer one-off consultations and I now work across the life span and in a range of areas.
I’m supported by a fantastic team of clinical psychologists, as well as a highly experienced couples and family therapist. This means that whatever support you’re looking for, you’ll be matched with the right clinician - whether that’s me or a member of the team.

Tailored, evidence-based care shaped around your needs.
Personalised therapy for every stage of life.
We offer individual, bespoke psychological therapy across the lifespan, as well as work with parents, families and couples. Sessions are available both online and in person, although if we can meet in person it’s always better. As a team of experienced clinical psychologists, we bring expertise across a wide range of psychological difficulties.
Everything we do is grounded in evidence and good clinical practice, therapy is always collaborative and tailored to you. It’s about understanding your world, helping you navigate your challenges and and equipping you with a psychological toolbox you can actually use.
Other ways I can help
As part of my private psychology practice, Zababa, and with the help of my experienced colleagues, I can help you in a variety of different ways.
SUpervision
Supervision offers a space to reflect on the work, understand what’s happening between clinician and client, share thinking and unpick any stuck dynamics. It’s a core part of clinical practice, and also a real pleasure - a chance to support other professionals in their growth and development.
Talks and Training
Sharing knowledge, equipping parents, young people and other professionals with psychological theory and tools (hopefully), and mixing humour and science, I deliver talks and training on all areas of child and adolescent mental health, including eating disorders and workplace wellbeing.
workspace wellbeing
Businesses and professions are realising that their workforces’ mental health and wellbeing is essential. We deliver talks and training to organisations and corporations, on how to support staff, how to recognise when someone is struggling and where to find the appropriate help.
James
“Before Anna, I had tried to receive help from others such as school nurses, dieticians, etc. and I didn’t get anywhere near as much help and support as Anna gave me. In would never wish to have recovered with anyone else. Anna is amazing, understanding and incredible women whom I have the up most respect for. I will forever be thankful to her. She saved my life.”
Jane
“Finding the right person to help me proved to be difficult as being a male sufferer is very rare. When I started with Anna I instantly took to her due the friendly, non – judgmental and understanding approach she conveyed, as well as making it very clear to me she was there to help me get better and I wouldn’t get away with anything; she is firm but fair.”

About me
Clinical expertise shaped by real-life experience.
I’m a clinical psychologist with over two decades’ experience in adolescent mental health, eating disorders, performance psychology and the pressures of life at the Bar.
I’m also deeply committed to educating children, parents and professionals about food and healthy eating habits, helping prevent eating disorders before they emerge. My work spans NHS services, private practice, West End productions and media consultancy, but my aim is always the same: to offer clear, warm, evidence-based support and create environments where young people and adults can thrive.
